About HRPC
Human Rights Protection Cell (HRPC) is a
leading non-governmental organization dedicated to safeguarding human rights
and ensuring justice for every individual. Registered under the Indian Trust
Act, 1882, the NGO Council of India (NCI), and NITI Aayog (NGO Darpan), HRPC
works towards promoting equality, legal awareness, and social justice across
the nation.
With its head office in New Delhi and
branches at block, district, division, and state levels, HRPC has a strong
national presence. Additionally, the organization is registered under Income
Tax sections 12A and 80G, ensuring tax benefits for donations and
contributions.
Our National Leadership
Dr Jyoti Zongluju, a renowned Supreme Court
Advocate, PhD in Law, Human Rights Activist, and India Inspirational Women
Award Winner, leads HRPC as the National Chairperson. Known as "The Legal
Lady" in India and internationally, Dr Zongluju has played a pivotal role
in legal advocacy and human rights protection.
