Webinar Number 104 is being organized by the Human Rights Protection Cell (HRPC). This webinar is based on the topic "Legal Measures to Avoid Dowry and False Cases." The event will be held online on the JioMeet platform on March 9, 2025 (Monday), from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The keynote speaker for this webinar will be Mr. Deepak Panjwani, State Legal Advisor, Madhya Pradesh. He will share his legal knowledge and experience to provide participants with important information on legal measures to avoid dowry and false cases. This webinar will be beneficial for all those who want to gain a better understanding of the Indian judicial system, the legal rights of men and women, and legal procedures.

इस वेबिनार में प्रतिभागी भारतीय कानूनों और उनके उपयोग, झूठे मामलों से बचाव की रणनीतियों, गलत आरोपों का सामना करने के लिए उचित साक्ष्य एकत्र करने के तरीकों, घरेलू हिंसा अधिनियम और दहेज निषेध अधिनियम की महत्वपूर्ण धाराओं, पुरुषों और महिलाओं के समान कानूनी अधिकारों, तथा झूठे मामलों में फंसने पर पुलिस और न्यायालय में उचित प्रक्रिया का पालन करने जैसे विषयों पर जानकारी प्राप्त करेंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त, समाज में जागरूकता फैलाने और कानूनी सहायता प्राप्त करने के तरीकों पर भी चर्चा की जाएगी।

In this webinar, participants will learn about Indian laws and their applications, strategies to avoid false cases, ways to gather proper evidence to counter false allegations, key provisions of the Domestic Violence Act and the Dowry Prohibition Act, equal legal rights and protections for men and women, and the correct procedures to follow in case of false accusations in police and court. Additionally, the discussion will also cover ways to spread awareness in society and access legal assistance.
