माननीय राष्ट्रीय प्रभारी के निर्देशानुसार HRPC के संगठनात्मक विस्तार एवं विभिन्न राज्यों में इसके सुचारू क्रियान्वयन के उद्देश्य से आंध्र प्रदेश, अरुणाचल प्रदेश, असम, बिहार, छत्तीसगढ़, दिल्ली, गोवा, गुजरात, हरियाणा, हिमाचल प्रदेश, जम्मू–कश्मीर, झारखंड, कर्नाटक, केरल, मणिपुर, मेघालय, मिजोरम, नागालैंड, ओडिशा, पुदुचेरी, पंजाब, राजस्थान, सिक्किम, तमिलनाडु, तेलंगाना, त्रिपुरा, उत्तर प्रदेश, उत्तराखंड, पश्चिम बंगाल तथा लक्षद्वीप राज्यों एवं केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में स्टेट प्रेसिडेंट (जनरल सेल) के पद पर योग्य, अनुभवी एवं सक्रिय सदस्यों की नियुक्ति प्रस्तावित है। उक्त राज्यों में आगामी समय में HRPC द्वारा शासन-प्रशासन के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए विभिन्न मानवाधिकार संबंधी परियोजनाओं एवं जनहित गतिविधियों का संचालन किया जाना प्रस्तावित है। अतः इन राज्यों के इच्छुक एवं योग्य सदस्य आवेदन तथा संबंधित विस्तृत जानकारी प्राप्त करने हेतु HRPC व्हाट्सएप हेल्पलाइन – 9205109288 पर संपर्क कर सकते हैं। (As per the directions of the Hon’ble National In-Charge, in order to strengthen the organizational expansion and ensure the smooth functioning of the HRPC, the appointment of suitable, experienced, and active members to the post of State President (General Cell) is proposed in the States and Union Territories of Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Puducherry, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, and Lakshadweep. HRPC द्वारा दिनांक 08 मार्च 2026 को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के अवसर पर प्रत्येक जिला एवं ब्लॉक स्तर पर उत्कृष्ट महिलाओं का सम्मान समारोह आयोजित किया जाना है। इस कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत केवल उन महिलाओं को सम्मानित किया जाएगा जिन्होंने अपने कार्य, उपलब्धि अथवा विशिष्ट योगदान से जिला अथवा प्रदेश का नाम रोशन किया हो। प्रत्येक इकाई अधिकतम 10 (दस) महिलाओं का चयन कर सम्मान प्रदान कर सकेगी। सम्मान समारोह का आयोजन किसी शासकीय कार्यालय / शासकीय परिसर में किया जाना अनिवार्य है, जिससे कार्यक्रम की गरिमा एवं विश्वसनीयता सुनिश्चित हो सके। सम्मान प्रक्रिया पूर्णतः गरिमापूर्ण, निष्पक्ष एवं पारदर्शी तरीके से संपन्न की जाए। चयन प्रक्रिया में उपलब्धियों का सत्यापन एवं प्रासंगिक प्रमाण संलग्न करना आवश्यक होगा। कार्यक्रम से संबंधित नियमावली, दिशा-निर्देश एवं अन्य आवश्यक जानकारी संलग्न PDF में उपलब्ध है। सभी संबंधित जिला एवं ब्लॉक टीमों से अनुरोध है कि निर्धारित दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार समयबद्ध एवं सुव्यवस्थित आयोजन सुनिश्चित करें। यदि कार्यक्रम शासकीय कार्यालय अथवा शासकीय सहयोग से आयोजित किया जाता है, तो कार्यक्रम हेतु ₹1500 (रुपये पंद्रह सौ मात्र) की राशि राष्ट्रीय कार्यालय द्वारा प्रदान की जाएगी। उक्त भुगतान प्राप्त करने हेतु सूची में वर्णित समस्त आवश्यक दस्तावेज समय पर उपलब्ध कराना अनिवार्य होगा। सभी पदाधिकारी निर्धारित तिथि पर कार्यक्रम का सफल एवं प्रभावी आयोजन सुनिश्चित करें। किसी भी सहायता, शिकायत अथवा सुझाव के लिए HRPC व्हाट्सएप हेल्पलाइन नंबर 9205109288 पर संपर्क किया जा सकता है। (On the occasion of International Women’s Day on 08 March 2026, HRPC shall organize Felicitation Ceremonies at every District and Block Level to honor outstanding women. Under this program, only those women shall be honored who have brought recognition to the district or the state through their work, achievements, or distinguished contributions. Each unit may select and honor a maximum of 10 (ten) women. It is mandatory that the felicitation ceremony be organized at a Government Office / Government Premises to ensure the dignity and credibility of the program. The entire honor process must be conducted in a dignified, impartial, and transparent manner. The selection process must include verification of achievements along with relevant supporting documents. The rules, guidelines, and other necessary information related to the program are available in the attached PDF. All concerned District and Block teams are requested to ensure timely and well-organized implementation of the program in accordance with the prescribed guidelines. If the program is organized in a Government Office or with Government support, an amount of ₹1500 (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) shall be provided by the National Office for the event. To receive the said payment, it shall be mandatory to submit all required documents as mentioned in the list within the stipulated time. HRPC द्वारा दिनांक 28 फरवरी 2026 को राष्ट्रीय विज्ञान दिवस के अवसर पर प्रत्येक ब्लॉक एवं जिला स्तर पर कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जाना अनिवार्य है। इस कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत प्रतिष्ठित वैज्ञानिकों अथवा कक्षा 9 से 12 तक विज्ञान विषय में 90% या उससे अधिक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को सम्मानित किया जाना है। सम्मान प्रक्रिया गरिमापूर्ण एवं पारदर्शी तरीके से की जाए। कार्यक्रम से संबंधित नियमावली, दिशा-निर्देश एवं अन्य आवश्यक जानकारी संलग्न PDF में उपलब्ध है। सभी संबंधित ब्लॉक एवं जिला टीमों से अनुरोध है कि निर्धारित दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार समयबद्ध एवं सुव्यवस्थित आयोजन सुनिश्चित करें। यदि उक्त कार्यक्रम किसी शासकीय कार्यालय में अथवा शासकीय कार्यालय के सहयोग से आयोजित किया जाता है, तो ऐसी स्थिति में कार्यक्रम हेतु ₹1500 की राशि राष्ट्रीय कार्यालय द्वारा प्रदान की जाएगी। उक्त भुगतान प्राप्त करने हेतु सूची में वर्णित समस्त आवश्यक दस्तावेज संबंधित ब्लॉक टीम या जिला टीम द्वारा समय पर उपलब्ध कराना अनिवार्य होगा। सभी पदाधिकारी निर्धारित तिथि पर कार्यक्रम का सफल एवं प्रभावी आयोजन सुनिश्चित करें। किसी भी सहायता, शिकायत अथवा सुझाव के लिए HRPC व्हाट्सएप हेल्पलाइन नंबर 9205109288 पर संपर्क किया जा सकता है। (HRPC hereby informs that on the occasion of National Science Day, dated 28 February 2026, it is mandatory to organize programs at every Block and District Level.
